The Love Letter Spell can be used in TWO ways.
OPTION 1: Write a letter from a specific person's perspective to you containing exactly what you desire to hear from them.
OPTION 2: Write from your own perspective as though you are already living the glow-up, relationship, lifestyle or reality you desire.
What You'll Need
- 1 sheet of paper
- 1 red pen
- 1 envelope
- Your favorite perfume (optional)
- A quiet place
How To Do It
- 01First decide what outcome the letter represents — the specific person version, or the glow-up / desired life version.
Specific Person Version
Write the letter as though it was written BY your specific person TO you.
Begin: “Dear [your name],”
Write exactly what you would want them to tell you. Do not leave out the details. Write about their feelings, how they see you, what they appreciate about you, the relationship you desire, the commitment you want and anything else you would love to hear from them.
While writing each sentence, visualize them actually saying those words to you.
End: “Love, [their name]”
Glow-Up / Desired Life Version
Write from your own perspective as though the life you desire is ALREADY your reality.
Begin: “I can't believe this is my life now…”
Describe everything. Write about how you look, how you feel, your confidence, how people respond to you, your relationships, your lifestyle, your opportunities, your glow-up, and anything else you desire.
Write everything in the PRESENT tense.
Do not write: “I want to be confident.” Write: “I feel so confident everywhere I go.”
Do not write: “I hope people notice me.” Write: “I get noticed everywhere I go. My energy is completely different now.”
Setting The Intention
While writing, envision exactly what you're describing.
If you're writing from a specific person's perspective, imagine hearing them say those words.
If you're writing about your desired life, imagine yourself actually living it.
The visualization while writing is how you set the intention for the ritual.
When Finished
Read the complete letter back to yourself once.
Fold the letter TOWARD yourself 3 times.
Place it inside the envelope.
Optional: Spray one mist of perfume into the air and pass the sealed envelope through the mist.
Hold the envelope against your chest and say:
“I have written it. I have seen it. I have felt it. It is already mine.”
After The Spell
- Under your mattress
- Inside your underwear drawer
- Inside your nightstand
- Inside a jewelry box
- Somewhere private where other people will not handle it
Keep the sealed letter somewhere private for at least 30 days. Suggested places:
After 30 days
Do not repeatedly open the letter to check it. After 30 days, you can continue keeping the letter for as long as you want.
