  • A mirror
  • Your favorite perfume
  • A quiet place

How To Do It

  1. 01Fill a clear glass with fresh drinking water.
  2. 02Place the glass in front of a mirror.
  3. 03Spray one mist of your favorite perfume into the air and walk through it. Do NOT put perfume into the water.
  4. 04Stand in front of the mirror and look directly into your own eyes.
  5. 05Hold the glass of water with both hands.
  6. 06Slowly repeat: “I am unforgettable. I am magnetic without trying. My presence stays on people's minds. I become more confident and irresistible every day. I naturally attract attention everywhere I go. I know exactly who I am, and everyone else can feel it too.”
  7. 07Repeat the affirmation 3 times while looking directly at yourself.
  8. 08Close your eyes and visualize your glow-up. Picture yourself looking and feeling incredible. Imagine walking into a room completely confident. See yourself getting noticed, receiving compliments and naturally commanding attention.
  9. 09Open your eyes and say: “It is already mine.”
  10. 10Drink ALL of the water in no fewer than 3 gulps.
