The Ritual

1. 01Write Your Petition — Write your ex's full name on the paper. Turn the paper 90 degrees and write your name directly over theirs. Around the names, write your intention in a continuous circle without lifting your pen from the paper.
2. 02Prep the Apple — Slice the top off the apple like a lid. Use your knife to core out a small hole in the centre, ensuring you do not poke through the bottom or the sides.
